Leadership Recognition

Cummings School strives to find innovative and personally meaningful ways to thank and recognize our supporters.

Loyal Companion Society

The Loyal Companion Society has been established to recognize your ongoing commitment to the Cummings School. Gifts of any amount, given two or more consecutive fiscal years, count toward membership and are greatly appreciated.  Membership is sustained as long as gifts are made to the Cummings Veterinary Fund every fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).

Periodic recognition events for loyal companions have previously included VIP invitations to "Tufts Night at Pops" (May) and Thank-You Breakfasts in conjunction with Cummings School’s annual Open House (September).

The Charles Tufts Society honors alumni and friends who have welcomed Cummings School into their families by including Tufts in their estate or gift plans.

Each year, the president of Tufts invites Charles Tufts Society members across all of Tufts' schools to attend a special luncheon at Gifford House on campus.  Each fall, Cummings School hosts a dean’s luncheon, "Lunch in the Country", for a more intimate audience of veterinary supporters of financial aid, and member of the Charles Tufts Society.  A number of students are invited to each of these events annually, so it's a great opportunity to get to know our students.

If you have already named Cummings School in your estate plans, please let us know. We would be honored to welcome you into the Charles Tufts Society and make sure we understand how you would ultimately like your gift to be used.
