Massachusetts Animal Coalition
Having originally partnered with Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in the creation of the Luke and Lily Lerner Spay/Neuter Clinic, the MAC is working with Tufts to recruit shelter partners and to increase the availability of spay/neuter services. MAC and the Tufts Shelter Medicine program collaborated on the Whole Cat Workshop, held in March, 2010. A MAC task force, Spay Worcester, has been formed to work towards decreasing the population of free roaming cats within the city of Worcester.

Center for Shelter Dogs
The Center for Shelter Dogs has received a large grant to support research improving the welfare of dogs in animal shelters. There are many potential student projects available through the center, concentrating on the areas of canine behavior, temperament testing and stress reduction.

The Potter League

Worcester Animal Rescue League
